A friend encouraged me to join the trend of having ChatGTP4 create images of themselves as action figures.
Rather than telling ChatGTP4 what I wanted my action figure to look like,
I asked it:
🌀 “What would you do?”
Basically:
🔍 “How do you see me?”
It responded with a concept that represented my multiple roles—
🥋 Martial artist
🧠 ADHD coach
🛡️ Protector
💡 Thought innovator
I suggested it build me like one of those dolls with changeable outfits and accessories—
👩⚕️ Barbie as doctor. 👩🚀 Barbie as astronaut.
Only this time: me.
This is what it made:
🛡️ “The Warrior Who Teaches Peace” – martial artist roll
🧠 “The Guide Who Awakens Strength” – ADHD career/leadership coach roll
I like it! Except it made me too skinny.
So in Photoshop I filled out my figure.
Because strength comes in all shapes—
and I wanted my action figure to reflect the way I actually carry power. 💪💜
❓ How do others see you?
❓ How do you see you?
I talk about “your favorite self”—not “your best self.”
Because who decides what “your best self” is?
👨👩👧 Your parents?
🎓 Your teachers?
💼 Your boss?
By contrast, your favorite self is yours.
💫 It’s guided by your own values, preferences, and agency.
For many people with ADHD, we were told our “best self” is:
• 🤐 Quiet
• 🪑 Still
• 🧍♂️ Conforming
But your favorite self might be:
• ⚡ Energetic
• 🎨 Playful
• 💞 Deep-feeling
• 🔍 Curious
• 🌀 Moving constantly, and thinking even faster
✅ When you start focusing on your favorite self,
you stop chasing approval—
and start building a life that actually works for you.
I asked ChatGTP4 how it saw me.
I liked its response.
But then I made one important change—
✨ I gave myself a fuller figure than the social norm of a skinny fashion doll.
Because that’s my favorite self.
So I’ll ask again:
🔎 How do you see you?
💛 What is your favorite self?
