If you want to learn how to swim

Whether you're navigating your career, managing ADHD, or simply trying to grow, real progress happens when you take action. It’s easy to overthink, but the truth is that experimentation and play are how we learn best. Start by jumping in—take that first step toward your goals.

  1. Set a Playful Goal:

Set yourself a playful, low-pressure challenge. Maybe pretend you're on a game show and give yourself 5 minutes to brainstorm wild, creative ideas for a project or task you’ve been avoiding. The goal isn’t to get it perfect—it’s about seeing what pops up when you let yourself play.

  1. Embrace Imperfection:

Let go of the need to be perfect, mistakes are just part of the game. The key is to approach them with a sense of curiosity rather than judgment. You’re exploring, not performing, and sometimes “happy accidents” will happen!

  1. Reflect and Adjust:

After you’ve tried your playful approach, take a moment to reflect. What did you discover? How did approaching it playfully change your perspective? Now you can adjust and try again, using what you’ve learned to make the next step even easier.

Want to explore how play can unlock your potential? Let’s dive in together at my upcoming free workshop!
