To Put the World in Order

March 31, 20251 min read

One of my clients defines a leader as “someone others can depend upon.”
He aspires to lead in his office, his community, and his home.
So when I saw this quote from Confucius (Master Qiu), I immediately thought of him.

I call this Ripples of Integrity💧
Living your values, consistently and quietly, across your life.

Leadership begins the moment you choose Ripple Integrity.
It implies:
🔹 Alignment between values and actions
🔹 Consistency across private and public life
🔹 Influence that flows outward—not through force, but through trust and example
🔹 Leadership that doesn't need permission or a title

It can look like:
💠 Setting your heart right: Clarifying your values
💠 Putting your family/friends in order: Caring, supporting, protecting
💠 Putting the community/nation in order: Leading by example, practicing servant leadership
💠 Putting the world in order: Creating ripple effects through thought, action, and integrity

My clients:
❤️ Heart: They turn hardship into leadership
🏡 Family/friends: They show up, with pro-relational boundaries
🏛️ Community/Nation: They influence systems through integrity and action
🌍 World: Their impact extends far beyond themselves

Results:
This kind of leadership doesn’t just create results for others—
It creates results within.

My clients are building strong relationships, meaningful careers, and thriving communities.
And more than that, they feel connected to something bigger than themselves.
That’s not just good leadership.
That’s good mental health.

💬 What ripples are you creating right now?

This is one of my Big Ideas posts—where I explore how new ideas, good science, creativity, and bold leadership can help us build a better world.

I believe ADHD leaders have the empathy and creativity to solve the world’s biggest problems, and I want to support as many of them as possible as they step into leadership.
